Vehicles must be of the same household and will be billed to the primary vehicle account holder's card each month. Your main vehicle is $34.99 each month and each additional vehicle is $25 per month each with a maximum total vehicle count of four per Unlimited Family Plan.

On your next visit, just let us know you have a new vehicle, and we will transfer everything on the account for the different vehicle and give you an updated window sticker.
No, each pass and sticker is matched to the registered vehicle. We do have Family Plan options for your additional vehicles.
You must cancel your membership online through our My Account link on this website, or through the link provided on your monthly email receipt. For security reasons, we cannot cancel plans over the phone. Attendants at our locations are not able to process cancellations, they must be processed online.
On your next visit, we can update your payment method on file, or you can manage your card online from your latest receipt.
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
Yes, during extreme conditions where it is unsafe, or unfit for the equipment to run, we reserve the right to pause washes with the equipment as needed. This can include wind, rain, snow, ice, and below freezing tempatures.
The safety of you and your vehicle are our number one priority. For that reason, there are some vehicles we cannot wash. Vehicles must be under 7 feet tall and the total width of 87 inches including all extended mirrors, bumpers and additions. Bicycle racks, extended tow hitches, and similar additions must be removed before entering the wash. Truck beds with debris and loose items are not permitted in the wash until items are removed or properly secured.
Your Unlimited Club Membership Dues/Fees will be automatically billed each month. In the event your card needs updated, or is declined, the billing system will continue to attempt to collect your unpaid dues. Your previous unpaid balance must be paid in full before your wash pass is reactivated. You may pause one month per calendar year. Only by cancelling your membership will stop monthly reoccuring charges from being billed to your card(s) on file. Unpaid membership dues that occured before cancelling your membership will still be billed by the system until you are at a zero paid in full balance.
  • All unlimited packages and plans are a monthly automatic recharge subscription. The credit/debit card on file will be charged every month. This monthly charge will typically take place on the enrollment date, but occasionally the charge may process a day early or a day late.
  • Attendants at our locations are unable to cancel your Monthly Unlimited Membership. Cancellation must be processed online.
  • Promotional offers are valid one time per account.
  • Cancellation requests must be made via the link on your email receipt, or by submitting a request online at least 48 hours before your monthly billing date. If you do not submit the cancellation 48 hours prior to your bill date, you may still be billed one final month.
  • Customer Support hours are Monday thru Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST.
  • No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations or for billing cycles with no wash usage.
  • Radiant AutoWash may terminate a plan anytime if the charge is declined in the credit card processing system, or removed from your account.
  • Monthly rate may increase without individual member notification from Radiant AutoWash or participating reseller locations. However, passive notification of any increases to our regularly advertised plan pricing will be posted at all locations 30 days or more in advance of the price increase taking effect.
  • Unlimited passes are good for one vehicle only and must remain securely adhered to the interior bottom of the front windshield on the driver’s side. Window stickers not applied or altered will be voided.
  • Vehicle must meet Radiant AutoWash's safety guidelines. Enrollment does not guarantee that these guidelines have been satisfied.
  • Radiant AutoWash reserves the right to terminate unlimited accounts at any time for abuse and/or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse or safety, cancellations may take place with or without notice.
  • Radiant AutoWash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the membership at any time.
  • Radiant AutoWash reserves the right to close locations due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and upgrades.
  • By providing your email or phone number, you agree to be contacted by Radiant AutoWash.
  • Cash or Radiant AutoWash Coupons & Gift Cards cannot be accepted for automatic recharge plans.
  • Unlimited Club Memberships are not for use on dealership owned vehicles.
  • Overdue balances will be subject to a late payment fee of 9%, which will be charged on all outstanding invoices.
  • Collection attemps on upaid membership dues and fees balance will continue to be collected until cancelled in the system. Dues occuring before cancelling your membership in the system will still be collected.
  • Enrollment into the Radiant AutoWash Unlimited Club is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Radiant AutoWash will affix a Membership Sticker with your UWC membership plan number for the vehicle to the vehicle’s front bottom right windshield upon purchase or redemption of your UWC membership plan. The Membership Sticker sticker must be affixed to the vehicle’s windshield each time services are obtained. You agree not to tamper with, copy, or share a vehicle’s Membership Sticker sticker. When Acquired Brand Plans purchased at recently acquired locations are fully integrated into the UWC program, you may receive a new Membership Sticker sticker at that time. The UWC membership plan number and the Membership Sticker sticker remain the property of Radiant AutoWash.
  • Paid UWC membership plan fees are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership plan periods. Any refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members are at our sole and absolute discretion, in accordance with applicable law.
